Yet another update: After giving the "Company" 18 years of blood, sweat, tears and my life....I am no longer employed by them. Isn't that nice.... I have been replaced.....so much for the "Protected Class".... I had to update this. I am still in the protected class, didn't lose any years yet,(graduated to full time glasses) But now the oldest daughter is second year college and the youngest is in high school. In 3 1/2 short years we will be empty nesters (I think) Trying to prepare my mind for that. Can't quite get my head around it. I can not believe I am old enough to have grandchildren, ( I DON"T) but am old enough. Where the heck did all that time go. I guess I had better start smelling roses and soon or they will be all gone. But looks like I still have 30 some odd years to work with the new retirement age and all. Yee Haw, sounds like fun.
