Old Friend

It sure has been a while since I've needed to check in here. I find, now that I am unemployed, that I have far too much time to procrastinate.....not a good thing for me. I am used to being busy every minute of every day. I thought I would throw myself into training, but why bother if I can't afford the races......right. I mean I am still working out every day, but I haven't done a brick in forever. I rode yesterday....wow...am I out of shape.....need to get back on track if for no other reason than to keep busy.
