Day 27
Well, today marks the 27th day of no smoking and the 24th day of limited coffee (down to 2 cups a day). What a diference I am finally feeling. I have been able to work myself up to 40 minute walks after dinner every night. I can make it through the entire day without a craving but I am still trying to overcome the eating issues. I am cooking healthy meals every night ( very expensive and time consuming) but it doesn't seem to stop the queasy feeling I get every couple of hours. The only thing that seems to work is salty anything. Not a lot but just enough to offset the queasy. Banana popsicles are really good too as the are low in calories and stave off the urge to devour the entire bag of chips.
Pretty soon it will be day 30 and I will be a non smoker in my mind.
